Terms of service

This store is operated by Mallard Studios LLC, the maker of Pursuit. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders. All items are printed to order by our print partner and shipped directly to you. Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. We may cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item cannot be produced.

Payment. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your card details.

Returns. Because items are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted except for damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items as described in our refund policy.

Artwork. The Pursuit name, mark, and all designs are the property of Mallard Studios LLC and may not be reproduced.
